I love the evolution of your pansy series -- from a more classic composition to more modern, patterned look to this one, the play of colored fields. I especially like the knife work of the third in the series -- very energetic and playful.
Thanks for sharing the tip of double loading with the chiseled brush -- funny that I was taught to do the same in watercolor! Never thought of using it for smooth blending in oil, and I tried it -- it worked! Thanks again. So much for me to learn...
